Help

Check and start calendar retrieval

View every source’s status and start manual calendar retrieval.

Steps

  1. Open Synchronisation.
  2. Review event count, last retrieval and any error.
  3. “Last retrieved by portal” shows when the portal last loaded its export.
  4. Use “Retrieve calendar now” for one source or retrieve source calendar data for all active sources.
  5. Check the Calendar after a successful run.
